This Story is about Ronald McDonald House

Our story began on December 29,2008 when our son was born 13 weeks premature. Living over an hour away from the hospital where he would have to stay at least 3 months, we were devasted to be so far away from him. We were so blessed that one of our NICU nurses mentioned staying at the Ronald McDonald house. We moved in the very next day and stayed there 77 days. We were so thankful to be able to be so close to our son during this very hard time. I was able to be there and be involved in his everyday care. We also met other families who were going through the same experiences and it was nice to be able to confide in someone who was going through the same things as we were. We will forever be grateful for the Ronald McDonald House.
