Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), a global non-profit providing essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families and promote healing when children need healthcare, has announced two new Board of Trustees. Jennifer Mann, Executive Vice President and President, North America Operating Unit at The Coca-Cola Company, and Jon Banner, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Impact Officer at McDonald’s, began their term as Trustees on April 25, 2024.
Since 1974, RMHC has cared for families with children who are ill or injured. Through a global network of over 260 Chapters in 62 countries and regions, RMHC programs and services provide families what they need to ensure the best health outcomes for their children.

As EVP and President, North America Operating Unit for The Coca-Cola Company, Mann leads the company’s largest operating unit, with a focus on accelerating growth as a purpose-driven total beverage company. Mann is a proven operator with more than 25 years of experience at The Coca-Cola Company. Her growth mindset and people-first style has fueled her success leading high-performing teams across many areas of the Coca-Cola business.
Banner leads the McDonald’s Global Impact team, harnessing the unmatched scale and reach of McDonald’s to affect purposeful change around the world. He oversees the company’s Sustainability and Social Impact, Government Relations and Public Policy, Communications, and Security teams in a collaborative effort to bring the company’s purpose, to feed and foster communities, to life. Prior to McDonald’s, Banner spent 10 years at PepsiCo as Executive Vice President, Communications, and President, PepsiCo Foundation.
Mann and Banner will join other members of the Board of Trustees who have committed their time and resources to provide leadership and guidance to RMHC.
