Chicken and Spinach Pasta with a Kick

Add oil to pan and cook 1600g chicken in pan until cooked through

Mix 2 chicken stock cube with 300 ml boiling water until melted. Add in 1 jar Nando’s sauce and 500 ml double cream. Stir and add to chicken

Add in 6 handfuls of spinach and mix together

Cook 750g pasta (75g pp) in pot of water

Add cooked pasta to chicken and sauce

Before serving, add 2 large handful of parmesan cheese to chicken mixture to make sauce come together

Prepare garlic bread
