Chicken and Spinach Pasta with a Kick

Serves 10

  1. Add oil to pan and cook 1600g chicken in pan until cooked through

  2. Mix 2 chicken stock cube with 300 ml boiling water until melted. Add in 1 jar Nando’s sauce and 500 ml double cream. Stir and add to chicken

  3. Add in 6 handfuls of spinach and mix together

  4. Cook 750g pasta (75g pp) in pot of water

  5. Add cooked pasta to chicken and sauce

  6. Before serving, add 2 large handful of parmesan cheese to chicken mixture to make sauce come together

  7. Prepare garlic bread

  8. Serve
