Green Chili Seafood from ​ RMHC Indonesia

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of squid

  • 250 grams of shrimp

  • 7 pieces of sausage

  • 4 pieces of meatballs, 4 cloves of garlic

  • ½ onion

  • 9 shallots

  • Salt to taste

  • Sugar to taste

  • Cooking seasoning

  • Olive oil

 

Directions:

  1. Wash and clean onion, green chili and shallots.

  2. Heat the olive oil in the frying pan, then stir-fry onion, garlic, green chili, and shallots for about 5 minutes. Add sugar, salt and cooking seasoning to taste.

  3. Wash and clean squid and shrimp, then cut in small pieces.

  4. Put shrimp and squid in frying pan.

  5. After the shrimp and squid are half cooked, put the sausage and meatballs into the pan. Stir all protein ingredients together until mixed evenly.

  6. Sautée all ingredients for about 20 minutes.

  7. Green chili seafood is ready to serve.
