Marinated Grilled Chicken from RMHC Central Valley

Ingredients:
Marinade:

  • 1 cup stone ground mustard
  • 1 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup canola oil or vegetable oil
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons cracked pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 30 pounds bones skinless chicken breasts

Directions:

  • Mix together marinade ingredients and pour over chicken.
  • Cover and chill in refrigerator for over 24 hours.
  • Grill chicken until fully cooked.
