About the Summit

Our first ever Virtual Summit brings together Chapter staff, board members, volunteers, donors and other stakeholders to reflect on the past year, celebrate system achievements and align around how we are continuing to move our mission forward…together!
Launching with two global plenary sessions, the Summit also includes: keynote addresses with world-renowned speakers; panels featuring leading practices by some of our Chapters; on-demand educational programs; and an opportunity to connect with each other through Colleague Connection. Colleague Connection – Enrollment Closed 3.1.21

  • Colleague Connection is your virtual opportunity to get to know your colleagues and share leading practices with each other during the Summit, March 15-26. The RMHC Global Summit Planning Team will place you in a group of 2-4 colleagues with similar organizational roles from Chapters around the world. You will be introduced to each other via email one week prior to the Summit and will receive optional discussion questions to guide your group conversations. Your group should plan to meet over the course of the Summit (suggested: three times) to debrief, network, and learn about other Chapters. ENROLLMENT CLOSED MARCH 1, 2021.

March 15

  • The 2021 Mission Forward Virtual Summit opens with Chapter highlights from across the RMHC system, as well as comments from Kelly Dolan, President and CEO, RMHC Global; Janet Burton, Chief Operating Officer, RMHC Global; Ginger Hardage, Chairman, RMHC Global Board of Trustees; and Chris Kempczinski, President and CEO, McDonald's Corporation and RMHC Trustee.   • Please join our opening keynote speaker, culture change and diversity expert and founder of Inclusion Nation, Michelle Silverthorn, in a conversation about Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Although many of us are committed to being and doing “better,” we may be unsure about what that looks like. March 18

  • Hear from three Chapter leaders who instituted program innovations during this year of crisis. Be inspired by how these changes have become valuable aspects of mission delivery.
