RMHC Global Giving Collective

The RMHC Global Giving Collective (RGGC) unifies McDonald's suppliers in support of RMHC. Through the RGGC, we harness and elevate the collective impact of the McDonald’s U.S. and Global Supplier community to help ill and injured children and their families feel at home even when they can’t be.

Working as a community, McDonald’s suppliers can help to provide vital resources and compassionate care helping to ensure that all children have access to high quality healthcare. Together, we can make it possible for local RMHC Chapters around the world to serve even more families.

What does RGGC stand for?

  • Revitalizing our communities by leveraging the power of the McDonald’s supplier system

  • Grounded in the common cause of keeping families together

  • Generating good will among employees, leadership and the communities where we work.

  • Consistently supporting access to healthcare in sustainable and impactful ways.

Program Overview

The RMHC Global Giving Collective is a new initiative focused on elevating the collective impact of the McDonald’s Supplier community. The program includes new funding opportunities, exclusive networking, and a wide range of recognition. This new program will be anchored by the following elements:

  • Team RMHC, a Bank of America Chicago Marathon program. Held in October, nearly 1,000 runners help to raise awareness and funds for RMHC. This year, we’ll again partner with McDonald’s on a 20 Mile Cheer Station.

  • RMHC integrations at Worldwide Convention, highlighting the incredible impact of McDonald’s suppliers on the RMHC system.

  • New series of virtual coffees as well as exclusive events, hosted in cities across the U.S.

  • RMHC Global portal to collect supplier impact stories.

  • A new Impact Fund that will allow suppliers to work collectively to support new programs and initiatives at local Chapters related to health and wellness, sustainability and expansion, and innovation and education.

  • The Three-legged Stool Award recognizing support of RMHC, which will now honor McDonald’s employees, franchisees and suppliers who champion the McDonald’s values of community and family by actively contributing to RMHC at a local, regional, or global level.

While we don't administer medical care, we keep millions of children and families close to the critical care they need - and to each other. With your support, local RMHC Chapters can continue to provide essential care like places of respite for parents, space for children to be children, and communities of support for all family members dealing with a child's medical crisis.
