As a brand new father, nothing could have prepared Andrew for his newborn son Eli needing life-saving surgery, and weeks of staying at Eli's bedside while he endured additional medical tests and procedures. Fortunately, Andrew and his wife Melanie were able to find relief and comfort through a Ronald McDonald Family Room in the hospital where Eli was receiving care. “It felt like home, and we could temporarily tune out the beeping machines and terrifying code blues around us.” Watch the video to learn more about Andrew’s story.
